At Nad’s, our passion is empowering women and that starts with girls! We take every opportunity to give confidence to the next generation of women and hope to inspire them to take opportunities and turn dreams into reality.
Nad’s and Sue Ismiel & Daughters are excited to join the Girls in the Game movement to empower girls and teens to achieve success in education and careers for a positive future through health and teamwork initiatives. As a corporate sponsor, Nad’s recently participated in the Cook-Off for a Cause event in Baltimore, MD November 2018. Through this event, Nad’s and Sue Ismiel & Daughters sponsored one After School site for the 2018-2019 school year, as well as provide snacks and materials for one 10-week season of Teen Club for girls in the area.
As part of our commitment to help Girls in the Game grow, Nad’s is proud to be a presenting sponsor in the 2019 Girls in The Game Field of Dreams Gala. As a 100% woman & family owned business, we believe that through empowerment, dedication, and teamwork, we can work together to give girls everywhere the tools they need to create their own paths to success.
"Empowerment, dedication, and teamwork give girls the tools to create paths to success"
At Girls in the Game every girl finds her voice, discovers her strength and leads with confidence through fun and active sports, health and leadership programs. Their approach to girls’ health isn’t only unique, it’s proven. Ten years of research from Loyola University Chicago shows the impact of its programs on all parts of a girl’s life – exercise, healthy eating, improved social skills, better self-control, and improved performance at school. Girls in the Game empowers all girls to be gamechangers. While Girls in the Game originated in Chicago, it now has programs in Baltimore, Bloomington and North Texas.
