I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.

Hi Natalie Just feeding back that I loved the experience and results of using your Natural Sugar Wax. I have since introduced my daughter to it who feels the same way. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating. Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. I am an active 80 year old and have been using your facial wax strips for years. They have been convenient for home, and very handy for when I have travelled within Australia and overseas. Recently I purchased another brand which gave nowhere near the result I have always with your brand. So, back to Nads!
I tried it on my arms.it pulled out almost all hairs about 80% but left some hairs which I have to shave afterwards. Its easy to use and easy to remove from skin. Overall experience is satisfactory.
This is the first time I have ever used home wax strips. I am actually surprised how well these worked. They are not as painful as I thought they would be. They left my skin smooth and no iritation after.
Ok its not completely painless but its the least painful ive tried. I do all my own waxing at home and while its quicker to go to a salon, I've had too many bad brazilians and would only ever go back to get my legs done if I were in a rush. I love the way the wax simply rinses off with water, it does however leave hands sticky so best to work with a dish of water beside you. I find I don't get as clean a wax on the first go as I have with other waxes, but the pain is minimal so I'm happy to do a second pass where required. I heat the wax for 30 seconds in the microwave to get a thinner consistency that is easier to spread evenly, which is easy with the spatula supplied. Its important to have clean, dry, non-moisturised skin before using the wax and to take your time. Also never wax in the week before your period because your pain threshold will be at its lowest. If you dont know when this is, the sobbing and screaming will probably tip you off. Since the wax rinses off with water, if you do have second thoughts mid-Brazilian or apply it somewhere you don't want it, you aren't stuck with a clump of wax that is impossible to get off. It's a stress free wax for me and I haven't found anything better on the market. It comes with plenty of strips but you can always cut up extras from any similar material such as an old pillowcase. Just soak in water to dissolve the wax afterwards, wash with a little mild soap and hang up to dry. The wax works best on hair that is about 5mm long and will not pick up hair that is less than 3mm.

Smells great and works. I normally believe waxing is painful but with Nad's waxing dots it is not so bad. The beads melt pretty quickly and they do not need any waxing strips. I enjoy not having any hair on my legs for 2 weeks. The beads also truly smell like strawberries and cream but it is not an overwelling smell.
My daughter and I love your products. We recently started using your waxing strips for our body. They work very well. We're going to continue to use them. And just wanted to say thank you. We're fans now.
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
Easy to use. This wax kit is so easy to use. The wax melts down perfectly for an easy spread. I can say for my self this was pain free. I did my eyebrows, upper lip,and legs. I still had wax left over to use again. I can say that the smell turned me off. Definitely don't smell like strawberry and cream. This wax hardens on the skin and is easy to pull off. I really enjoyed this experience.

I'm writing to let you know I tried your product tonight because I couldn’t get an appointment at my local beauticians... and will not need to pay a fortune for eyebrow waxing there again! Hi, I have recently started using the facial wax strips and they are great! Really easy ,quick and simple to use.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.
Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.

Hello, I wanted to reach out about your Natural Wax Strip Kit. I recently bought and honestly is the first wax strip to actually work on my bikini area. I love this product but I would say I do wish there was way more of those strips then the other ones.
This Natural Sugar Wax Kit is amazing! Comes with everything you need for multiple full waxes. The strips are washable and reusable. This wax is so easy to use and gets even the thinnest of hairs. This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. So any misplaced wax or spills are easily cleaned up with water. Just water. This would make a great gift for a beginner waxer as well.
I'm in 42 yrs old. I have two teenage daughters and one preteen. Trying hair removal creams on myself and the pain of burning and the embarrassing red top lip was so frustrating. Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.

Nice. It helped clean up my eyebrows. I really like the wand applicator. It helps with precision such as small areas. It doesn't make a mess. The instructions that came with it, made it really easy to follow.

I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. I purchased the natural wax strip kit and was pleased surprised how easy and effective they were. I typically use a wax warmer or microwave wax but these strips will be my new go to method! I waxed my upper lip and underarm areas.

I love the fact that this wax is made from sugar which makes it so easy to remove any left over wax on your skin without any residue. I fins that traditional wax works maybe little bit better to get all the hair out, but I do hate getting rid of all the waxy residue that this is definitely a game changer for me!
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
I'm very happy with this wax strip kit! It's extremely convenient and easy to use. I love that you can use the strips immediately and don't have to worry about warming wax and all the mess that usually comes with it. This kit is perfect for travel and removes hair very effectively. I highly recommend this product!
I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!

I just wanted to give you feedback because I bought one if your Nads waxing dots and let me tell you the removal is so painless! I’ve used it all over body, even Brazilian on myself and it’s so good my hair has grown back way finer and it takes longer to grow which I love. Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)
