I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...
i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.
I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. Then the wax itself smooth, creamy looked to gorgeous to be wax. I was soooo happy with my results, instant removal, generous amount of beads to me my face at least 2 more times. I was cautious about using wax, I'm so used to shaving. I had to read the instructions a few times but everything made sense. Nothing was weird smelling or irritating so I'm happy.
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!
This is the first time I have ever used home wax strips. I am actually surprised how well these worked. They are not as painful as I thought they would be. They left my skin smooth and no iritation after.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! Smells great and works. I normally believe waxing is painful but with Nad's waxing dots it is not so bad. The beads melt pretty quickly and they do not need any waxing strips. I enjoy not having any hair on my legs for 2 weeks. The beads also truly smell like strawberries and cream but it is not an overwelling smell.
Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.

I’ve been wanting to try this! Usually I get the wax in the cup by bliss but this is so much easier to use and it feels really nice after I wash off all the sugar. This is not wax! Which is a plus because after you’re done waving you have to use the wax remover and sometimes there is always residue. This is just sugar so I just hop in the shower and gone! I’ve tried this the times now and every time there’s been nothing left to rinse off. Would recommend to anyone! You do have to get a knack for sugar waxing but it’s literally almost the same as regular wax.

I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.

I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.
I've used Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream once & I'm already in love with this product. The cream has a thick consistency with a nice scent - easy for applying evenly. I was skeptical about how well it would work on more thicker hair but if you leave it on for around 10mins it removes everything. I didn't feel like it irritated my skin leaving it on for 10mins, which was a added bonus because I can sometimes have reactions to bleaching creams or hair removal creams.
I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!

I have never used wax strips before, it was always a razor. I am glad I tried this, it works great at keeping the hairs on my legs away longer then using a razor. Takes it right from the root, lasts alot longer.

I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.

Well I want I tell you I love my nads.i be been using this product for 20 plus years. The hair on my legs and underarms is so soft.. I swear by this product. I live on the Nthn Beaches for over 60 yrs. As a young teen, I used to watch my mother pluck hair from her chin and thought "I will never want to do that!". Alas I have spent decades plucking, especially after giving birth to 4 children, the hormones played havoc with aweful stubble on my chin, and above the top lip... ugghh. Last week I noticed Nad's Facial Wax Strips were on special at my local supermarket, so I purchased a box. As soon as I returned home, I hurriedly opened the box, followed the easy instructions and to my amazement there were no more hairs. It took less than 5 minutes and the wax oil wipes were the icing on the cake. The oil left my skin feeling soft and silky and hairless! Thankyou for the "special" buy, in more ways than one.

I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. Overall I love the charcoal wax strips and definitely will repurchase. Thanks for creating something amazing.

As far as at home hair removal goes, and specifically waxing, I think this is a super convenient option that has a bit of mess but is overall worth it. It's super easy to heat up and apply, though it can get a bit stringy or messy if you're not careful. You can reheat if you're not quick enough before it cools too much which is very handy. Make sure to follow the directions and it is a good product and works as described!
Virgin user, awesome results. Bit apprehensive at first but smashed it, nose hair completely gone.Won't be the last time.

They are really helpful for a busy mama like myself. sometimes I even use them quickly before applying makeup and running out the door. Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.
