Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
Awesome product. I got the Nads precision eyebrow wax wand not knowing what to expect. I have tried many other products and wasn't sure if I would like it. It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! My eyebrows turned out very nice!
I want to thank you for making this product! I am used to getting my eyebrows waxed every couple of weeks and spending too much each time. But I have always been to scared to do it myself. I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.
2nd time using. Easy, safe, fast WHAT A GREAT SOLUTION, INEXPENSIVE FOR nose hair removal. Watch the video on it, i think it's youtube. I wish I could get it locally, I looked everywhere it's not at Walgreens, Walmart or Jewel so I think I ordered on Walmart or Amazon. it's inexpensive and you get enuff wax for at least 5 times -really, really good.
Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.
I bought these wax strips, just to give them a try. I normally don’t use them at all, however I was surprised that it wasn’t that painful and they work really well. Overall super happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be buying them again.

First experience with doing my own waxing and it was very easy!!! Instructions easy to follow and soothing oil was great for afterwards. I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.
These are pretty good wax strips. I like that the kit contains several sizes so you can use the appropriate strip for the face or body. The wax is contained between clear plastic which makes it easy to handle while you’re applying it. Unlike other wax strips I’ve used, I actually prefer this plastic strip because it doesn’t get as sticky as paper strips. The wax works really well and clears the hair in one go. I didn’t experience any irritation or problems with hair being left behind. Overall a great wax kit that works really well.
Trimming up eyebrows. It's been so long since I've gone to professionally get my eyebrows waxed and the unruly shape is driving me nuts so I decided to try this out to help. Directions are easy to follow and product works as described. I'm a bit of a wuss so after I applied the strip over the wax, I got my husband to yank it off. I would use to trim up my eyebrows again in the future.
This wax was very easy to use. I used the wax on my legs and I was very happy with the results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was only a little painful. The wax removed about 95% of the hair. I like how big the strips are and they you can wash them to use again. My legs were a little red after use but that went away shortly after.
I got the Nad's Natural wax strip kit and love how great of a job it does for an at home wax removal product. I have definitely recommended it to family and friends.
Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
I have recently become a huge fan of waxing, especially my armpits, for the summertime because I hate having to shave everyday. These wax strips come ready to use and are so easy! I love the compostable aspect of them and there are a must for me during the spring and summer!

All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!
I've been using Nads since I was a teenager. I'm now almost 30 and still love the product! This is the ONLY wax that has never made me break out and itch! I couldn't find the product in Tennessee, once I moved I found it again and was so excited! Thank you for such a wonderful product!
When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.
This is a product I've only discovered late last year - I wish I knew about it years ago! When I initially reviewed the product, I'd recently purchased it as I was experiencing a problem with ingrown hairs in both armpit regions. They were painful, irritating & not going anywhere on their own. Using the Nads Ingrow Solution on a regular basis (and not shaving!) both helped resolve the issue. The Ingrow Solution is soothing, and helped reduce irritation from first application. Regular application helped resolve the issue 100%. I use NADS hair removal cream now instead of shaving & have the Ingrow Solution handy if needed in the future. Goodbye ingrown hair issue!
At first I was not sure if it will work at home. When I tried for the first time, I fell in love with this product. I use it were ever I can. It gives me better quality from a beauty salon, right at home in my own comfort.
I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!
Nad's Waxing Dots. I've never personally waxed anything before on me, but I was always willing to give it a try. When I found out about these, I was curious to see how it would go. I would say it was easy to do and worked well for me, plus I love the smell. The packaging is so neat as well.
I'm a beautician specialising in Brazilians and I find this is the closest at home product to anything we have in the salon. Would definitely recommend this to someone too shy to get it done professionally!

Hello, I wanted to reach out about your Natural Wax Strip Kit. I recently bought and honestly is the first wax strip to actually work on my bikini area. I love this product but I would say I do wish there was way more of those strips then the other ones.
Nice. It helped clean up my eyebrows. I really like the wand applicator. It helps with precision such as small areas. It doesn't make a mess. The instructions that came with it, made it really easy to follow.

Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
This product has worked wonders for me so far! It is so easy to apply, and does not have a strange or otherwise unpleasant odor like many other products I have used in the past. It does a great job of removing hair and is completely pain free! Very highly recommended by me.

After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
Hi, I'll be honest, I was sceptical but so glad I purchased this product. Easy instructions and it worked really well for me. Did my eyebrows and my chin. Applied really easy and pulled off with all my nasty hairs. Highly recommend. Nice touch with the Thank you card.
