I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.

These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.

I received my Eyebrow Wand as a gift so I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. My eyebrows are light and already fairly shapely and therefore I have never justified the need to go to a Professional, but I still always maintained my eyebrows using at-home kits. Up until I received the Nads Eyebrow Wand I had painstakingly plunked and shaped my eyebrows using tweezers, it was always so time consuming! The wax paper is extremely manageable and very easy to work with along with a great product that doesn’t rip or hurt my skin! Works great!

Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. As a long term user of at home waxing strips I was loyal to a particular brand. My local CVS did not have it one day so I decided to try something new. I like the sizing of these strips and the flexibility on them. I feel they are better quality as the other brand was literally clear tape. Additionally I like the high end porcelain bottle of almond oil to remove the wax. I was scared to try since I’m allergic to so many things but so far so good. Try them. It’s a better alternative than going into salons.
I have used nads wax strips previously and had no issues, however as I have been shaving recently I have been experiencing ingrown hairs. The first strip I used on my leg I was shocked. I exfoliated before and waxed after and my skin has never felt to silky! The wax strips also got the hair out from the root and didn't just cause the hair to break. Will definitely be purchasing in the future. Much cheaper than going to a salon for a wax.

Nad's for men is magic. I was about to schedule an appointment for a chest and stomach waxing, and on a whim decided to give your product a try instead. All I can say is that I wish I used it years ago. I would have saved a lot of money compared to waxing. It's fast, painless, inexpensive, and doesn't leave any type of irritation. Great product.

I love how this product works, it’s so easy and not painful at all. At first I was scared to pull the wax from my nose but once I did it captured all my ugly nose hair.
I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.

Hi Sue! I don’t usually do reviews/feedback but I had to for this. Wow! Just wow!! The Nads Natural Sugar Wax is amazing. Easy to use and great for sensitive skin. I usually suffer from pimples instantly after waxing but not with this product. Will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to friends/family.
I love Nad's, its the only product that works with my italian/greek female mustache. The only recommendation I would make is to make the after wax wipes smaller so that you could get more per package. I feel I waste it because you really can't save them. I have tried but they dry out. Great product, very happy with it. Thank you Sue.

I'm left with super smooth and super soft legs, no random hairs left behind just super sleek legs and no blotchy or patchy red areas anywhere! I've also tried it on my underarms and it has worked very well! I'm left with smooth skin upon touch and the bumpiness of my armpits seem to have decreased! There was no stinging or burning sensation and it just leaves my skin feeling nourished and not feeling like it's been stripped of moisture.

Pretty happy with the wax strips. Saves a bit of time not having to exfoliate however doesn't decrease the pain .. eep! Overall a good product with a nice scent.

I have really sensitive skin on my legs but unlike other brands of wax strips, Nad's caused no irritation and left my legs feeling soft and smooth. The instructions were easy to follow making the strips quick and easy to apply. The wax strips removed all the hair easily and painless without leaving my skin feeling tacky like other brands have. The post wax oil smells great and makes the skin feel even smoother.
Great idea. I like the Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand. It’s easy to use. It does take a few tries to get the hair off though.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!

I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.
This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.

Easy to use. This was like a spa in a tiny little box. The soap was a delightful lavender scent. The wax wand was easy to use and not messy. I didn't have great results with hair removal on my upper lip but my eyebrow hair was longer and easier to remove. I was really scared that this would be painful - it was not.
Hi Nat Sharon here I have been using Nads for a long time now and find it the best hair removal ever. I unfortunately suffer from facial hair and I say to my sister and partner ' I'm going to wax my moustache now' LOL. Thank you so much for having Nads hair removal available.
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
I just thought I’d let you know how amazing the wax strips are !! I am so impressed they were so gentle on my skin and did not hurt me once. Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.
I love that you can use the strip again and again without losing 'stick', I practically get half my leg done with just one strip!
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Just thought I'd email you as I found the card inside the package and wanted to let you guys know how much I love the pen! Keep doing what you're doing! ❤️
I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! Trimming up eyebrows. It's been so long since I've gone to professionally get my eyebrows waxed and the unruly shape is driving me nuts so I decided to try this out to help. Directions are easy to follow and product works as described. I'm a bit of a wuss so after I applied the strip over the wax, I got my husband to yank it off. I would use to trim up my eyebrows again in the future.

Awesome product. I got the Nads precision eyebrow wax wand not knowing what to expect. I have tried many other products and wasn't sure if I would like it. It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! My eyebrows turned out very nice!

Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
Hi! I just wanted to take the time to provide you feedback on the new improved formula of the nads Brazilian and bikini wax. Back in 2020 when we went into a lockdown and I wasn’t able to attend my usual beauty appts I started using your Brazilian wax and since then stuck to doing my own. Today I used your new formula for my Brazilian wax and Omg it’s amazing! The melt time, the drying time on skin and the general wax is such a better finish - I am so happy it’s life changing! Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
I really liked these straps. They were easy to use and came off well. They did a great job removing the hair and the areas felt smooth. I would recommend the strips.
