Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!

For years I have resorted to plucking my eyebrows with tweezers because every wax i’ve tried broke out my skin and many at home wax kits never worked. Pretty happy with the wax strips. Saves a bit of time not having to exfoliate however doesn't decrease the pain .. eep! Overall a good product with a nice scent.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! The exfoliating side was just rough enough to allow ingrowns to lift and then be easily removed. The first strip I used though I had trouble separating and tore it to shreds. Second one I rubbed for longer between my hands than usual allowing wax to be warm enough to separate the strips without tearing. The wax strip worked really well removing all hair in one go and not leaving much residue at all. I'll definitely be buying this awesome product in place of my usual brand.

Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!

Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.
Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.

These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.
Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.
I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.

When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.
I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!
This Natural Sugar Wax Kit is amazing! Comes with everything you need for multiple full waxes. The strips are washable and reusable. This wax is so easy to use and gets even the thinnest of hairs. This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. So any misplaced wax or spills are easily cleaned up with water. Just water. This would make a great gift for a beginner waxer as well.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!

i just love the Nads Body Wax strips. They are easy to use, natural and really don't leave any nasty rashes or sore spots. They are the only product I take along when travelling. They are compact and light weight with no fuss so no bulky pots and no worrying about how to heat the wax. The enclosed wipes are great and I recommend using them. It just finishes off the process nicely.

I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though

These waxing dots come in an adorable package and have a light sweet scent. It's easy to microwave the dots in the container and then use the included stick to apply the warm wax. The kit also comes with wax removal wipes, which always help me with clean up. Overall, the wax works well, though it is messier than wax strips. The finishing wipes help soothe and clean up the skin, for a nice smooth look.
I received my product and the wax beads were everywhere unfortunately. No fault at the product but the container didn't make it through shipment unfortunately. However using the product the wax beads melt nicely and work great! The colors are so cute too!
I love the fact that this wax is made from sugar which makes it so easy to remove any left over wax on your skin without any residue. I fins that traditional wax works maybe little bit better to get all the hair out, but I do hate getting rid of all the waxy residue that this is definitely a game changer for me!
