First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. I intend to use it over more of my upper body and expect the same terrific results. It certainly beats waxing and shaving. Congrats for a great product.
Hello. Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your Ingrown Solution is! I have found your product to be absolutely fantastic!! It smells lovely, Is very soothing and takes any itchiness or redness out after shaving. My son has used it to sooth the redness of acne and my husband has used it to sooth belt rash (when having to sit for long periods he gets a rash where his pants belt sits)! It has taken me a long time to find a product that works so well, Thank you.
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!
I've been using Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream for the past couple of months and have found it to be a very effective and well-priced product. The cream is a thick, white formula that does have a moderately strong, aloe vera type of scent. It is in a white bottle with a flip top lid. The bottle includes an insert for the exfoliating sponge, and is a generous 300mls size. Instructions state to apply thickly & evenly, wait 4 minutes to 10 minutes maximum, and remove the product using warm water & the enclosed exfoliating sponge. I find if I follow these instructions to a tee, and leave the cream on for around 7 - 10 minutes, I get best results for both my underarms & legs. I apply pre shower & remove using the exfoliating sponge under a nice warm shower. It easily removes hair of various lengths & thickness, so is ideal for use all year round. I do have sensitive underarms, that have been known to react with deodorant ingredients, or suffer ingrown hairs in the past, but with this NADS cream there's no irritation or issues. The cream rinses easily & thoroughly, leaving my skin smooth, soft & hair-free. The only downside I find with the product is how rigid the bottle is. As my bottle is now almost empty I'm finding it a tad difficult to get the cream out of the bottle - a tube would resolve this issue, but you can't insert a removal sponge inside a tube I guess. Great product, very effective & good value - recommended!

I'm writing to let you know I tried your product tonight because I couldn’t get an appointment at my local beauticians... and will not need to pay a fortune for eyebrow waxing there again! Your product is amazing! I have always been reluctant to purchase these out of fear I may make a mistake, or they may be to fiddly. To my surprise it was super easy and got even finer hairs off too. I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!
Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The Nad’s Eco Wax strips are very sensitive to delicate skin. Most of the times I got red skin after waxing but with these seems to be different. They are vegan made with plant based material and I love this fact. The kit has two different sizes and for the half way size I just cut the big one.

I just recently bought the Nad's eyebrow shaper since all the reviews on YouTube and here were so positive and great which meant I had to try it! I had high expectations for it and wen I used it for the first time I was quite impressed! Wow this product works wonders and doesn't cost a lot if you compare it to getting your eyebrows waxed at a salon. It is great for it's price and the tutorials are amazing! I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.

Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.

This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. Best bikini wax I ever used!! I am not the review type but I am so impressed with the quality I had to leave some positive feedback. I used different types/brands of bikini wax and never had that "perfect result". In fact when i originally got this product I didn't even realize it was one of those that do not require a strip. Anyways, previously when I used this kind it really struggled to grab all the hairs and was very messy. This product removes EVERYTHING, and I got no reaction from it either! Super impressed. Finally found a great quality bikini wax! I will sure to spread the word.

I bought this to prevent ingrowns on my bikini line, and after applying after hair removal and for three or so days afterwards, I did not get one ingrown or any raised, red, itchy bumps like I usually would. It has soothing natural ingredients like aloe vera, is easily absorbed, and you only need a 10 cent piece worth of product applied to your bikini line so the bottle lasts a while. Great for my sensitive skin.
Hey there Sue hope you're well I'm writing to let you know the new wax is very nice, smell is amazing, microwave time was a little off but I always find I have to microwave things a little longer then advised, wax spreads amazingly smooth, and comes off easily and cleanly, very happy with this new product 😀 thank you
The powder is amazing I always wax my face with your facial wax product and I find it hard to get all the hairs with the powder it instantly grabs onto all the hairs and removed everything at once!!!!! Please tell me you sell the powder separately it's amazing!!
I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.
Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!
Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!

It saves me a lot of money in salon facial waxes, and allows me to have a wax when I need it with no appointment necessary. I don’t use many beauty products since I have eyelash extensions and don’t wear makeup, however I have been using nads facial wax for many years! Jenn
This is so easy to get, and you can often find it on sale. It does a great job and with a little effort you can do a full Brazilian at home on yourself. You can manage any pain easily by just doing manageable amounts at a time. It is a hassle and it is messy, but its cheaper than going to a salon if you can't afford it or whatever reason you can't/don't want to go.

I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
As someone who absolutely hates the chore of shaving my legs this stuff has been amazing! I’ve been using this whenever my leg hair starts growing back and it’s been a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend.
I used the nad hair removal body butter let's just say I'm in love with nad hair removal it's did what I need the body butter to do I'm picky on what goes on my body an in I really was impressed and the aftermath did my body some good.
I wear glasses and most of the time I have to take them off to wax my brows. It’s difficult and time consuming having to put my glasses on and off, over and over to make sure I’ve got the other waxing strips correct. With the eyebrow wand, I’m able to put the wax on without my glasses and then apply the strip and be done! Almost all the stores in my town have stopped carrying this. So please do not discontinue this product! It is a lifesaver (and brow saver!).

These waxing dots come in an adorable package and have a light sweet scent. It's easy to microwave the dots in the container and then use the included stick to apply the warm wax. The kit also comes with wax removal wipes, which always help me with clean up. Overall, the wax works well, though it is messier than wax strips. The finishing wipes help soothe and clean up the skin, for a nice smooth look.

I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.
As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !

Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! Oh my gosh why haven’t I know about this product. I was getting so tired of shaving and knicking myself in the process. Waxing I’m afraid of lol. This sugar wax is so easy to use and I don’t have to work about cutting myself! Leaves your skin feeling smoothed and moisturized.
I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.
