Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.
Hi I just wanted to give you some feedback about the Brazilian bikini wax. I've been using it for over a year now, I'm so in love I'll never go back to get it done professionally. Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! This sugar wax works exceptionally well for my coarse hair and I loved the scent. It was easy to follow the instructions included and the kit has everything you need for first time use!

Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!
This is a product I've only discovered late last year - I wish I knew about it years ago! When I initially reviewed the product, I'd recently purchased it as I was experiencing a problem with ingrown hairs in both armpit regions. They were painful, irritating & not going anywhere on their own. Using the Nads Ingrow Solution on a regular basis (and not shaving!) both helped resolve the issue. The Ingrow Solution is soothing, and helped reduce irritation from first application. Regular application helped resolve the issue 100%. I use NADS hair removal cream now instead of shaving & have the Ingrow Solution handy if needed in the future. Goodbye ingrown hair issue!
I really liked these straps. They were easy to use and came off well. They did a great job removing the hair and the areas felt smooth. I would recommend the strips.
All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!
Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

I just wanted to write and CONGRATULATE you on distributing such a wonderful new product for MEN!. Yesterday I purchased Nad's For Men Hair Removal Cream and 'trialled' it on my husband. It is such an easy product to use and it was amazing how effective it was for hair removal in such a short period after application and with no mess or strong smell involved. Congrats for showing men there is an easy and 'pain free' way of removing hair.

Okay, so its almost spring time and almost shorts season. It's always a little embarrassing for me to have hairy legs peeking out. This sugar wax arrived just in time. The packaging is very simple and easy to read. Inside comes with reusable strip, applicators and the wax itself in its own container. Wax was easy to spread you do not have to heat it! Application was a breeze and so was removal of hair. Best part is if you spill the wax on your clothes a little water gets it right out. Highly recommend!
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
Loved it, loved it, loved it! The exfoliating side was just rough enough to allow ingrowns to lift and then be easily removed. The first strip I used though I had trouble separating and tore it to shreds. Second one I rubbed for longer between my hands than usual allowing wax to be warm enough to separate the strips without tearing. The wax strip worked really well removing all hair in one go and not leaving much residue at all. I'll definitely be buying this awesome product in place of my usual brand.

Hello, I wanted to reach out about your Natural Wax Strip Kit. I recently bought and honestly is the first wax strip to actually work on my bikini area. I love this product but I would say I do wish there was way more of those strips then the other ones.
Pulled hair like nobody’s business. My husband don’t like me hairy, likes me like all them youngins. I got this kit and now he can’t get enough of me. I’d add some pictures to this but I don’t know that they’d allow such a thing haha.
Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
Purchased nads precision eyebrow wax wand and delighted with product I have tried various things but this is by far the best ,very easy to use which is brilliant as I have trouble with my hands and excellent results took every hair away instantly very painless will definitely recommend this product and purchase again.

Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. This wax although takes a bit more time to use does remove hair efficiently. I do heat it for a short time in the microwave and this allows for a thin and even application. I like that i can wash and reuse the strips and get a good amount of use from each strip. I am not great at waxing my own legs, i think i tend to break the hair rather than remove it, but this product does grip the hair very well and that helps in pulling the hair out rather than breaking it. I also use this on my upper/lower lips, to remove the fine blonde hairs and unlike some other waxes it does a good job and removes pretty much everything in one or two goes.
These wax strips work great for getting rid of hair! Just warm it up in your hands and apply it! Totally recommend this product. Quick and easy to use.

I wear glasses and most of the time I have to take them off to wax my brows. It’s difficult and time consuming having to put my glasses on and off, over and over to make sure I’ve got the other waxing strips correct. With the eyebrow wand, I’m able to put the wax on without my glasses and then apply the strip and be done! Almost all the stores in my town have stopped carrying this. So please do not discontinue this product! It is a lifesaver (and brow saver!).
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I’ve used it all over body, even Brazilian on myself and it’s so good my hair has grown back way finer and it takes longer to grow which I love. Easy to use. This wax kit is so easy to use. The wax melts down perfectly for an easy spread. I can say for my self this was pain free. I did my eyebrows, upper lip,and legs. I still had wax left over to use again. I can say that the smell turned me off. Definitely don't smell like strawberry and cream. This wax hardens on the skin and is easy to pull off. I really enjoyed this experience.

I am a super big fan of Nad’s face wax. I love that you folks out the shield powder in the package now. I was previously living in Europe and had a brand of face wax that I loved and was sure I wouldn’t find another, but Nad’s has been so perfect and consistent quality every purchase.
I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. Overall I love the charcoal wax strips and definitely will repurchase. Thanks for creating something amazing.
I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.

I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. I was always so scared to used wax on myself and nothing is better than this kit even for the little hairs both under arm, bikini and legs and arms. The product is great, so easy and painless (that was a surprise)to use, I am back on the site now to get my 2nd pack, I was able to get 6 uses out of the first pack.
I used the big wax strips for my arm hair, which is dark and a medium/dark color. They worked like a charm! Easy to use, and best of all…..they were quick! No warming or prep needed. Just applied the wax and then the hair came right off with the wax strip! Can’t wait to use these on my legs next!
Fun product. I'm not too big on waxing but having these waxing dots made it fun. They totally smell amazing and almost makes you want to eat the smell if you get what I mean. It has good directions and it's easy to use and it smell amazing. I totally recommend this to everyone.
