Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. As someone who absolutely hates the chore of shaving my legs this stuff has been amazing! I’ve been using this whenever my leg hair starts growing back and it’s been a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend.
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!

These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.
I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.

Trimming up eyebrows. It's been so long since I've gone to professionally get my eyebrows waxed and the unruly shape is driving me nuts so I decided to try this out to help. Directions are easy to follow and product works as described. I'm a bit of a wuss so after I applied the strip over the wax, I got my husband to yank it off. I would use to trim up my eyebrows again in the future.
Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Greetings, I do not normally reach out regarding products I use, but I feel compelled to say thank you for the Nads facial wax strips!! I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.

Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.

On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Hello,I used for the first time your wax my daughter to legs.It was very good; I love the fabric strips. I heated it for few seconds in the microwave, it removed hair perfectly! It rinsed off very easily from surfaces, so no mess. Also, I was very sceptical about rinsing the strips and I was almost tempted to throw them away, but they rinsed off easily with just warm water! I will use your product again and I have already recommended it to my friends!
Hi Sue, I recently purchased the facial waxing strips from Ulta and gave them a try. I must say, 10/10!!!! I absolutely love them. They were so easy to use, the waxing was painless, and the removal was 99% a strip. Such a great product. I’m already sharing with friends. The oil pads that came with it… amazing touch! So soothing. oh my gosh! The was awesome! I always go get sugared, and this time I waited too long to book my appointment! I went in to Ulta and was checking out the waxing selections and saw this! I looked at the ingredients and they were so similar to that of sugaring! So I got it to give it a shot. I'm so impressed! Very easy to use, I love not needing heat. Just popped in the microwave for 15 seconds and it lasted the whole time I used it! Results were great!! And I loveeee the reusable cotton strips! 10/10 would recommend
The Nad’s Sensitive Hair Removal Cream is so easy to use, you just cannot go wrong with this product! I applied the Hair Removal Cream to my legs for my first test, and my legs have honestly never felt so smooth and hair-free! It actually removed even the smallest stubble that usual shaving would leave. I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
I really liked these straps. They were easy to use and came off well. They did a great job removing the hair and the areas felt smooth. I would recommend the strips.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

I received my Eyebrow Wand as a gift so I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.

I’ve used it all over body, even Brazilian on myself and it’s so good my hair has grown back way finer and it takes longer to grow which I love. I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
I will definitely use this product again.It was so easy to use and worked really well and the calming oil made my skin feel great.

It smells lovely, Is very soothing and takes any itchiness or redness out after shaving. My son has used it to sooth the redness of acne and my husband has used it to sooth belt rash (when having to sit for long periods he gets a rash where his pants belt sits)! As a long term user of at home waxing strips I was loyal to a particular brand. My local CVS did not have it one day so I decided to try something new. I like the sizing of these strips and the flexibility on them. I feel they are better quality as the other brand was literally clear tape. Additionally I like the high end porcelain bottle of almond oil to remove the wax. I was scared to try since I’m allergic to so many things but so far so good. Try them. It’s a better alternative than going into salons.
