Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.
I've been using these for years to wax at home, mostly my upper lip - they are quick and easy to use and I can do it in the privacy of my own bathroom! I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.
i have such sensitive skin and can't wax without it becoming so red and swollen but these strips are a god sent! Super easy to use and they work a treat leaving no hair behind! It's a beautiful pink with a lovely scent. One of the greatest things as well is you're not paying a fortune for freshly waxed areas! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
So easy to use! Nad’s waxing kit is so easy to use! It comes with everything you need to get smooth soft skin at home! Waxing beads melt so well in provided container and comes with application sticks as well. I was so excited to use as soon as it came in that I waxed anywhere that had hair except my head lol. I was able to wax both legs, my arms, my eyebrows and my daughters legs with wax left over. I definitely recommend as this process was painless and I have no bumps or Irritation!
This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.
I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. I intend to use it over more of my upper body and expect the same terrific results. It certainly beats waxing and shaving. Congrats for a great product.
I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. It works very well. I've never had a wax that was so noticeably natural and one that I could fully trust on my body for a Brazilian. It was so easy to use and the best part is it didn't leave me with any bumps; and I did it MYSELF. I constantly got irritation bumps from going to get waxed in wax centers. This is by far the best experience I've had ever. Plus it hurts less than most (specifically Sally Hanson's). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE.
I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. I love the fact that this wax is made from sugar which makes it so easy to remove any left over wax on your skin without any residue. I fins that traditional wax works maybe little bit better to get all the hair out, but I do hate getting rid of all the waxy residue that this is definitely a game changer for me!
I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.

I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. Hi, I have recently started using the facial wax strips and they are great! Really easy ,quick and simple to use.
I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !

Trimming up eyebrows. It's been so long since I've gone to professionally get my eyebrows waxed and the unruly shape is driving me nuts so I decided to try this out to help. Directions are easy to follow and product works as described. I'm a bit of a wuss so after I applied the strip over the wax, I got my husband to yank it off. I would use to trim up my eyebrows again in the future.
I've used Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream once & I'm already in love with this product. The cream has a thick consistency with a nice scent - easy for applying evenly. I was skeptical about how well it would work on more thicker hair but if you leave it on for around 10mins it removes everything. I didn't feel like it irritated my skin leaving it on for 10mins, which was a added bonus because I can sometimes have reactions to bleaching creams or hair removal creams.

Hi Sue, I recently purchased the facial waxing strips from Ulta and gave them a try. I must say, 10/10!!!! I absolutely love them. They were so easy to use, the waxing was painless, and the removal was 99% a strip. Such a great product. I’m already sharing with friends. The oil pads that came with it… amazing touch! So soothing. This is very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave it, stir until all dots are melted and its ready to be used. I used this on my husband and worked nicely! It removed al good amount of hair in just one strip! He even said that it did not hurt as much as regular wax.
Nad's for men is magic. I was about to schedule an appointment for a chest and stomach waxing, and on a whim decided to give your product a try instead. All I can say is that I wish I used it years ago. I would have saved a lot of money compared to waxing. It's fast, painless, inexpensive, and doesn't leave any type of irritation. Great product.

I'm in 42 yrs old. I have two teenage daughters and one preteen. Trying hair removal creams on myself and the pain of burning and the embarrassing red top lip was so frustrating. I wanted something for my girls but not if it hurt them. I am not tech savvy. I told my daughter I remembered a commercial about a young girl whose parents made her hair removal cream out of honey. Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.

I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.
Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
