Hi there! I recently purchased your facial wax strips and they were so easy to use and I’m very happy with the results! I wish I discovered this product earlier instead of shaving.
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
Hi Natalie! I saw your paper slip in the nads box that I purchased and figured I would give you some feedback. I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. Thank you soooo much Natalie for making such a brilliantly designed, sustainable, and effective product. I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. Thanks for looking out for the girls with this one, definitely recommending it to all my friends who want to try something so much better than shaving!
These work so great! Quick and easy to use as well, I've only used waxing strips once before but these were a lot more simple and effective.
I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
Smells great and works. I normally believe waxing is painful but with Nad's waxing dots it is not so bad. The beads melt pretty quickly and they do not need any waxing strips. I enjoy not having any hair on my legs for 2 weeks. The beads also truly smell like strawberries and cream but it is not an overwelling smell.
I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!
I just thought I’d let you know how amazing the wax strips are !! I am so impressed they were so gentle on my skin and did not hurt me once. I’ve used many wax strips over the years and this has to be the best I’ve come across. Also love how they come in such good size pieces. Overall this product is a 10/10 Amazing !

Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!

I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.

I'm a beautician specialising in Brazilians and I find this is the closest at home product to anything we have in the salon. Would definitely recommend this to someone too shy to get it done professionally!
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! Nice. It helped clean up my eyebrows. I really like the wand applicator. It helps with precision such as small areas. It doesn't make a mess. The instructions that came with it, made it really easy to follow.
This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.

I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.

It smells lovely, Is very soothing and takes any itchiness or redness out after shaving. I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!
The Nad’s Eco Wax strips are very sensitive to delicate skin. Most of the times I got red skin after waxing but with these seems to be different. They are vegan made with plant based material and I love this fact. The kit has two different sizes and for the half way size I just cut the big one.
Let me just say I was scared to attempt using the strawberries and cream waxing dots at home and by myself. But WOW it was super easy to use. Less painful than the salon. No bumps or rash. Will definitely be keeping this in on hand in my vanity. 5 stars from me.
Good afternoon, I just bought the Nads facial waxing strips from Rite Aid and just used it on my upper lip. Just wanted to give a little good review of the product. I love how the wax is not dried out and it was able to take off the excess little hairs on my upper lip. Now I know which brand to get. Thank you
Good product. I like this wax pen but it’s kind of difficult to apply being you don’t warm the wax up. It comes with a cleanser soap and the wax strips which is nice but i think if the wax could be warmed up it would work better.
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I just wanted to thank you for your product and tell you how amazing it worked. I was skeptical when I bought it but I was desperate for something to help with my eyebrows. I just had a baby and have no time to go to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. So I bought this last night thinking it's probably not going to work like all the other products I've tried. I just tried it and wow! It worked so easily almost zero pain in my eyebrows look beautiful now. I've been using Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream for the past couple of months and have found it to be a very effective and well-priced product. The cream is a thick, white formula that does have a moderately strong, aloe vera type of scent. It is in a white bottle with a flip top lid. The bottle includes an insert for the exfoliating sponge, and is a generous 300mls size. Instructions state to apply thickly & evenly, wait 4 minutes to 10 minutes maximum, and remove the product using warm water & the enclosed exfoliating sponge. I find if I follow these instructions to a tee, and leave the cream on for around 7 - 10 minutes, I get best results for both my underarms & legs. I apply pre shower & remove using the exfoliating sponge under a nice warm shower. It easily removes hair of various lengths & thickness, so is ideal for use all year round. I do have sensitive underarms, that have been known to react with deodorant ingredients, or suffer ingrown hairs in the past, but with this NADS cream there's no irritation or issues. The cream rinses easily & thoroughly, leaving my skin smooth, soft & hair-free. The only downside I find with the product is how rigid the bottle is. As my bottle is now almost empty I'm finding it a tad difficult to get the cream out of the bottle - a tube would resolve this issue, but you can't insert a removal sponge inside a tube I guess. Great product, very effective & good value - recommended!
