Post retirement hormone changes have changed my natural blonde into a nice silver, including more chin hairs that I could have imagined. Monthly waxing at the local spa were good but not always long-lasting. I took a chance at CVS last week – your Natural Facial Wax Strips – and am thrilled with the results. On Sunday, I leave for a cruise and am confident that my chin will be smooth and clean.
This is the only brand I use. Never have any issues. I am allergic to fragrance, chemicals and colorants, but this works for me. No redness, no rash, just smooth, hair free legs. I don't use the enclosed oil though.

I have just tried Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Creme and it's fantastic.I'm 52 and have tried everything for the removal of hair. Having very sensitive skin, I am sensitive to most soaps, moisturizers, creams, lotions, and of course hair removals. I have even tried other Nads products but have also been sensitive to them, so I used a razor which I don't really like using. However, I decided to try Nads Sensitive Creme... it's brilliant. I am not in the least bit allergic to it and it does a fabulous job - I don't think I've ever been so surprised and so so so pleased with a product in a long time. Now I know what to buy and use forever. The days of red sensitive hair removal are over for me. Thanks Nadine for such a wonderful product.
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.
I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.

Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. And the cotton strips were great and reusable!! I am very impressed.This is the first time I've given feedback on a product I have bought.
This is very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave it, stir until all dots are melted and its ready to be used. I used this on my husband and worked nicely! It removed al good amount of hair in just one strip! He even said that it did not hurt as much as regular wax.

Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I wear glasses and most of the time I have to take them off to wax my brows. It’s difficult and time consuming having to put my glasses on and off, over and over to make sure I’ve got the other waxing strips correct. With the eyebrow wand, I’m able to put the wax on without my glasses and then apply the strip and be done! Almost all the stores in my town have stopped carrying this. So please do not discontinue this product! It is a lifesaver (and brow saver!).
Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!
This is the first time I've used any Nads product and I can say it did not disappoint. I used this for my bikini area and it was so simple to use and not painful (no more so than getting it done professionally) at all. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. I love that everything is reusable, and even after one use, still have a decent amount of wax left for next time. For some context, my bikini area is not very thick or coarse, so I really can not say how this would work on someone with thicker hair, and only speak from my experience. All I can say is I wish I found this sooner because I would have saved so much money doing it myself than going to a spa/salon. My grooming life has changed for the better from here on out.
This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.

These wax steps are by far the easiest wax strips I have ever used. Unlike other wax straps, these are painless and easy to use. I definitely recommend this product over any other wax strips.

I’m 15 and I’ve tried sugar wax, hard wax and they haven’t been the best experience. when i was looking at some wax’s strips at my local Ulta i found Nad’s Natural Facial Wax Strips and girl when i tell you that they were so easy to use and the post wax oil is so good. it doesn’t burn or feel uncomfortable i was so good that i had to email you. so thank you and keep it the amazing work. i will be purchasing again.
I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!
Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
Smells great and works. I normally believe waxing is painful but with Nad's waxing dots it is not so bad. The beads melt pretty quickly and they do not need any waxing strips. I enjoy not having any hair on my legs for 2 weeks. The beads also truly smell like strawberries and cream but it is not an overwelling smell.
I have recently become a huge fan of waxing, especially my armpits, for the summertime because I hate having to shave everyday. These wax strips come ready to use and are so easy! I love the compostable aspect of them and there are a must for me during the spring and summer!
This product has worked wonders for me so far! It is so easy to apply, and does not have a strange or otherwise unpleasant odor like many other products I have used in the past. It does a great job of removing hair and is completely pain free! Very highly recommended by me.

i have such sensitive skin and can't wax without it becoming so red and swollen but these strips are a god sent! Super easy to use and they work a treat leaving no hair behind! It's a beautiful pink with a lovely scent. One of the greatest things as well is you're not paying a fortune for freshly waxed areas! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
Ok its not completely painless but its the least painful ive tried. I do all my own waxing at home and while its quicker to go to a salon, I've had too many bad brazilians and would only ever go back to get my legs done if I were in a rush. I love the way the wax simply rinses off with water, it does however leave hands sticky so best to work with a dish of water beside you. I find I don't get as clean a wax on the first go as I have with other waxes, but the pain is minimal so I'm happy to do a second pass where required. I heat the wax for 30 seconds in the microwave to get a thinner consistency that is easier to spread evenly, which is easy with the spatula supplied. Its important to have clean, dry, non-moisturised skin before using the wax and to take your time. Also never wax in the week before your period because your pain threshold will be at its lowest. If you dont know when this is, the sobbing and screaming will probably tip you off. Since the wax rinses off with water, if you do have second thoughts mid-Brazilian or apply it somewhere you don't want it, you aren't stuck with a clump of wax that is impossible to get off. It's a stress free wax for me and I haven't found anything better on the market. It comes with plenty of strips but you can always cut up extras from any similar material such as an old pillowcase. Just soak in water to dissolve the wax afterwards, wash with a little mild soap and hang up to dry. The wax works best on hair that is about 5mm long and will not pick up hair that is less than 3mm.

Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.
Awesome product. I got the Nads precision eyebrow wax wand not knowing what to expect. I have tried many other products and wasn't sure if I would like it. It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! My eyebrows turned out very nice!

I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.
I bought this to prevent ingrowns on my bikini line, and after applying after hair removal and for three or so days afterwards, I did not get one ingrown or any raised, red, itchy bumps like I usually would. It has soothing natural ingredients like aloe vera, is easily absorbed, and you only need a 10 cent piece worth of product applied to your bikini line so the bottle lasts a while. Great for my sensitive skin.
I am an active 80 year old and have been using your facial wax strips for years. They have been convenient for home, and very handy for when I have travelled within Australia and overseas. Recently I purchased another brand which gave nowhere near the result I have always with your brand. So, back to Nads!

On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

Good product. I have never used something like this before, so I was a bit hesitant to try it. Turns out, it is pretty easy to use, and it works very well at removing the hairs from my legs.
Hi Natalie Just feeding back that I loved the experience and results of using your Natural Sugar Wax. I have since introduced my daughter to it who feels the same way. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating.
