I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
I bought your product last week and I totally love your product. I think I have never felt my skin so soft after waxing and without damage. It was like using honey instead. Hi Sue, This was my first time using Nad's facial hair remover. I have very sensitive skin and so was concerned about using an over the counter facial wax. This product worked so wonderfully. This wax was very easy to use. I used the wax on my legs and I was very happy with the results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was only a little painful. The wax removed about 95% of the hair. I like how big the strips are and they you can wash them to use again. My legs were a little red after use but that went away shortly after.
Works for fine hairs. I was so excited for an easy, at home product I could use to wax my eyebrows. However, the wax really only pulled the finer hairs and not the course ones. I really liked how precise the wand when applying the wax to exactly where I needed, but I wish the product pulled more hairs. This would be great to take when traveling so you can leave the tweezers at home.
This is very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave it, stir until all dots are melted and its ready to be used. I used this on my husband and worked nicely! It removed al good amount of hair in just one strip! He even said that it did not hurt as much as regular wax.

This is my first at- home wax kit I've ever tried and it worked like a charm! After hiding my legs all winter, I decided to try these on my own instead of paying at a salon and this was so worth it! If you want to try waxing at home- definitely start with this brand!
I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.

I was always so scared to used wax on myself and nothing is better than this kit even for the little hairs both under arm, bikini and legs and arms. Ok its not completely painless but its the least painful ive tried. I do all my own waxing at home and while its quicker to go to a salon, I've had too many bad brazilians and would only ever go back to get my legs done if I were in a rush. I love the way the wax simply rinses off with water, it does however leave hands sticky so best to work with a dish of water beside you. I find I don't get as clean a wax on the first go as I have with other waxes, but the pain is minimal so I'm happy to do a second pass where required. I heat the wax for 30 seconds in the microwave to get a thinner consistency that is easier to spread evenly, which is easy with the spatula supplied. Its important to have clean, dry, non-moisturised skin before using the wax and to take your time. Also never wax in the week before your period because your pain threshold will be at its lowest. If you dont know when this is, the sobbing and screaming will probably tip you off. Since the wax rinses off with water, if you do have second thoughts mid-Brazilian or apply it somewhere you don't want it, you aren't stuck with a clump of wax that is impossible to get off. It's a stress free wax for me and I haven't found anything better on the market. It comes with plenty of strips but you can always cut up extras from any similar material such as an old pillowcase. Just soak in water to dissolve the wax afterwards, wash with a little mild soap and hang up to dry. The wax works best on hair that is about 5mm long and will not pick up hair that is less than 3mm.
I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!
I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.
I really liked this product, the exfoliating side was not painful but quite gentle. Very easy to use, and no mess. Plus they smelt really good!! I would Highly recommend this product, and will definitely use them again.....

Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!

I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!

I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.
Let me just say I was scared to attempt using the strawberries and cream waxing dots at home and by myself. But WOW it was super easy to use. Less painful than the salon. No bumps or rash. Will definitely be keeping this in on hand in my vanity. 5 stars from me.

Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.

Works great! I was skeptical at first when I seen this but I was willing to try anything after most place shut down because of COVID. This product works great last longer than shaving and super easy to use.

I have used nads wax strips previously and had no issues, however as I have been shaving recently I have been experiencing ingrown hairs. The first strip I used on my leg I was shocked. I exfoliated before and waxed after and my skin has never felt to silky! The wax strips also got the hair out from the root and didn't just cause the hair to break. Will definitely be purchasing in the future. Much cheaper than going to a salon for a wax.

I just wanted to thank you for your product and tell you how amazing it worked. I was skeptical when I bought it but I was desperate for something to help with my eyebrows. I just had a baby and have no time to go to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. So I bought this last night thinking it's probably not going to work like all the other products I've tried. This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
