I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.
So often we only take the time to provide feedback when we've purchased products or services that don't meet expectations. So I want to buck the trend & to say how impressed I am with the ECO Salon Wax. I've been a regular NADs user for many many years (after being a salon owner for 5 years) & I'm absolutely blown away with the quality & texture of this hard wax! I used it over the weekend on my underarms & bikini line.. easy to use, gets the right amount of tackiness to apply, it's gentle & even removes the short hairs! #winning Kudos to you & your amazing team!
This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.
Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...
I used to use waxaway wax strips but they left too much residue, when i started using nads wax strings they were perfect. While waxing you can smell the beautiful honey beeswax and after waxing your legs are surprisingly so smooth and the sweet smell lasts for the entire day. With my old product the wax wipes didn't help get rid of the residue, but the nads wipes help! I am able to wear cotton pants and still get no cotton stuck on my legs from the mess! Very effective and recommend.
No mess application and easy for small areas where you need to target and easily remove hair. I used these to keep up with maintenance from my laser hair removal. It's been years since I finished my treatments and some hairs occasionally pop up which is when I use the strips.

Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. Hi Sue, This was my first time using Nad's facial hair remover. I have very sensitive skin and so was concerned about using an over the counter facial wax. This product worked so wonderfully. After use, there was no redness or irritation to my skin. I would highly recommend this product, especially to people with sensitive skin. Thank you!
Fun product. I'm not too big on waxing but having these waxing dots made it fun. They totally smell amazing and almost makes you want to eat the smell if you get what I mean. It has good directions and it's easy to use and it smell amazing. I totally recommend this to everyone.
This is a product I've only discovered late last year - I wish I knew about it years ago! When I initially reviewed the product, I'd recently purchased it as I was experiencing a problem with ingrown hairs in both armpit regions. They were painful, irritating & not going anywhere on their own. Using the Nads Ingrow Solution on a regular basis (and not shaving!) both helped resolve the issue. The Ingrow Solution is soothing, and helped reduce irritation from first application. Regular application helped resolve the issue 100%. I use NADS hair removal cream now instead of shaving & have the Ingrow Solution handy if needed in the future. Goodbye ingrown hair issue!
I surprised how easy this was to use . At first I used the wax room temp after washing with the provided soap. It did remove some hair . But it worked at lot better after I warmed it up some as suggested because it is pretty thick . It was easy to apply . The best part is the strips are washable and reusable which saves money - trees . I only tired on my armpit hairs to start . I have issues with blackheads under my armpits and folliculitis so it is best for me to use this type of hair removal vs a raiser.
This wax is easy to apply and the cloth strips are a decent size to help with removal. I had good success with my leg hair but struggled with the underarm area. If you are doing this area, it works, but may be easier to have another person help with. There is a light scent that is not overpowering.
Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)

I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.
Thank you for making a product so authentic and pure! I grew up in India and now live in Boston. I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I like that this is a thick and good quality fabric.I hope you never have to compromise on the quality of your product or add fillers! Finally a perfect wax product accessible to us in the US! Hi Sue, This product is awesome! I am 52 and recently had to start having my face waxed. I saw these at Woolworths and decided to try them. First experience with doing my own waxing and it was very easy!!! Instructions easy to follow and soothing oil was great for afterwards. I love how this product works, it’s so easy and not painful at all. At first I was scared to pull the wax from my nose but once I did it captured all my ugly nose hair.

Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.
I love this product!! I never review products, but this is a product I don't want disappearing because people don't know about it. I bought it today for the first time and did my brows this evening. It was so easy. I can't tell you how many products I've tried without ever having this kind of success. It didn't hurt. It wasn't frustrating. It turned out great. I won't use another product again. I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.
I really liked this product, the exfoliating side was not painful but quite gentle. Very easy to use, and no mess. Plus they smelt really good!! I would Highly recommend this product, and will definitely use them again.....

Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
This sugar wax works exceptionally well for my coarse hair and I loved the scent. It was easy to follow the instructions included and the kit has everything you need for first time use!

The strips are a bit tricky to use if you don't have any prior experience with self waxing however once you get the hang of it they're a breeze to use! Awesome product , would repurchase and recommend them to friends!

I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.
I Love the Nad’s story and continue to be impressed by this superior product.

I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
I bought your product last week and I totally love your product. I think I have never felt my skin so soft after waxing and without damage. It was like using honey instead. Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.

Hi Sue my name is Angel and I am a big fan of your Nad’s brand, when it comes to my favourite product I always point into the direction of your natural sugar wax kit, At first I was freaking out when I had applied it on my eyebrow hair and I am so glad that it’s mistake proof and it just easily washed away, It is just marvellous and such a beautiful way of being able to remove any unwanted hair.
