Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!

Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.
Works, giving clean and precise lines. wasn't sure what to expect of this wax wand. I usually pluck my eyebrows after a bad waxing experience. I figured I would give this wax wand a try. I am pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. It didn't cause any irritation to my skin and gave me clean/well groomed looking eyebrows. I will definitely use this product again for future eyebrow waxing needs.

Woke up this morning and thought today's the day to do my eyebrows myself, I bought your product 2 weeks ago and been meaning to do it but as silly as it sounds I was scared of the what "ifs" what if I mess up, to messy, etc.. so I did it read the directions (simple and easy), no mess and LOVED IT! I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.

Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
This is the first time I've used any Nads product and I can say it did not disappoint. I used this for my bikini area and it was so simple to use and not painful (no more so than getting it done professionally) at all. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. I love that everything is reusable, and even after one use, still have a decent amount of wax left for next time. For some context, my bikini area is not very thick or coarse, so I really can not say how this would work on someone with thicker hair, and only speak from my experience. All I can say is I wish I found this sooner because I would have saved so much money doing it myself than going to a spa/salon. My grooming life has changed for the better from here on out.

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.
Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. Trimming up eyebrows. It's been so long since I've gone to professionally get my eyebrows waxed and the unruly shape is driving me nuts so I decided to try this out to help. Directions are easy to follow and product works as described. I'm a bit of a wuss so after I applied the strip over the wax, I got my husband to yank it off. I would use to trim up my eyebrows again in the future.

Hello, I have used a popular brand for 10 years, but thought I would try yours, I was impressed from the start. Much cleaner, easier to use, less effects on the skin .I.e. scorching. Nice smell, easier clean up. I won't go back to other brand now. Well done 👏
These wax steps are by far the easiest wax strips I have ever used. Unlike other wax straps, these are painless and easy to use. I definitely recommend this product over any other wax strips.

I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Just thought I'd email you as I found the card inside the package and wanted to let you guys know how much I love the pen! Keep doing what you're doing! ❤️
I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though
Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! I'm very happy with this wax strip kit! It's extremely convenient and easy to use. I love that you can use the strips immediately and don't have to worry about warming wax and all the mess that usually comes with it. This kit is perfect for travel and removes hair very effectively. I love Nad's, its the only product that works with my italian/greek female mustache. The only recommendation I would make is to make the after wax wipes smaller so that you could get more per package. I feel I waste it because you really can't save them. I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.

Hi, I recently purchased your product and felt nice when I opened it. It was nice to see the Thank you card, it made me feel nice and that you appreciated me purchasing your product, well done. Now that I have used the product I must say it is the nicest wax I have ever used at home. It was smooth to apply, it held a consistent heat allowing an even coverage. The finer details of the packaging are really nice, promoting the future for recycling and using natural materials. The size of the container is great. It is something I would pack when going on a holiday and great for one or two waxes. The price is appropriate and affordable. Hello, I used for the first time your wax my daughter to legs. It was very good; I love the fabric strips. I heated it for few seconds in the microwave, it removed hair perfectly! It rinsed off very easily from surfaces, so no mess. Also, I was very sceptical about rinsing the strips and I was almost tempted to throw them away, but they rinsed off easily with just warm water! I will use your product again and I have already recommended it to my friends!
I got the Nad's Natural wax strip kit and love how great of a job it does for an at home wax removal product. I have definitely recommended it to family and friends.
I just recently bought the Nad's eyebrow shaper since all the reviews on YouTube and here were so positive and great which meant I had to try it! I had high expectations for it and wen I used it for the first time I was quite impressed! Wow this product works wonders and doesn't cost a lot if you compare it to getting your eyebrows waxed at a salon. It is great for it's price and the tutorials are amazing! Great product and I'm sure all of Nad's other products would impress me the same!
This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.

I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I was able to do my underarms, full legs, Brazilian, and forearms with strips left over. I will definitely purchase this product again!
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!
