7 Easy Steps to Brazilian and Bikini Waxing at Home. Have you tried DIY Brazilian or Bikini Waxing at home?

Many women opt for a salon experience, although having professional Brazilian waxing regularly in a salon can be expensive and time consuming.

However, more and more women are opting for a DIY Brazilian Waxing at Home using Nad's Hair Removal Brazilian and Bikini Wax Kit, which comes with everything you need for a professional brazilian and bikini wax.

First timers may say that it's painful, but once you get comforable with the technique it becomes easier and more comfortable. You'll also love the convenience and cost savings!

7 Easy Steps to Brazilian and Bikini Waxing at Home:

  1. Ensure bikini area is clean, dry and free of oils and moisturisers. Remove lid and heat in microwave (check detailed instructions for heating times Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax). Leave to stand for one minute to ensure heat diffuses throughout the wax.
  2. Hair needs to be a minimum of 3mm. If much longer trim to this length.
  3. Stir wax until it is a uniform consistency - like that of honey. Dip spatula into the centre of the jar, scooping the wax out and rotating the spatula to prevent dripping. Carefully check the temperature by placing a small amount on the inside of your wrist before proceeding with the full treatment.
  4. When waxing around the bikini area, it's advisable to have a mirror handy! Apply wax in a thick layer in the same direction of hair growth. Leave a small amount of wax at the end of the patch curling up as that will make it easier to remove.
  5. Let the wax cool on your skin for approx.30 seconds until it is still soft and pliable and is no longer sticky to touch. If the wax is left on the skin for more than 1 minute, it becomes hard and difficult to remove.
  6. Hold skin taut with one hand and then lift the end of the wax with the fingers of your free hand. Grip the wax and with one quick motion, remove the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth, close and parallel to the skin. Do not pull the wax upwards to remove - keep it as close to the skin as possible.
  7. Use the Nad's Post Calming Oil Wipes to remove any wax residue. Do not use water.

There you have it... 7 simple steps to guide you in the comfort of your own home, keeping your skin silky smooth down there!
